This is what I do when I come home every day, and a lot of the time that I'm home. Avery is fun to play fight with and he always wants to play, no matter if I'm sick or if he's tired. The past week I've been sick with the flu and he's been up in my infirmed grill waiting to play. He even tried to get Melissa to fight with him but she's not as enthusiastic as he'd like, so he then moved on to Lexah, who promptly growled and snapped at him. He's a funny dog. And he sounds so vicious, when we first got him we didn't know that he was playing when he growled like that and we were thinking he was aggressive. Little did we know that he's so gentle that even kittens dominate him like he's Jose Canseco in an MMA fight. I actually look forward to play fighting with him and being rowdy enough to make Melissa and Lexah irritated at us.
A little later, I pulled up some screaming cats on my computer and I think he was trying to figure out where they came from so he knew which direction to run in order to get away. He'll sleep with an eye open tonight looking for the "mattress tigers" that randomly howl from the bed.
